Technical Innovation and Business InsightThe Overland Agency is platform independent, but the majority of websites we build and deploy are programmed in ASP.NET/C# or PHP. Both solutions will usually have AJAX and Flash/ActionScript components and modules to simplify user interfaces for navigation, forms, and audio/visual components.
Although we have developed our own content management system and website framework with social networking features and ecommerce in .NET/C#, we are open to and have used many other .Net and Open Source platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, Movable Type, and off-the-shelf solutions such as Ektron and OpenText (RedDot).
We set up our workflow based on client’s IT preferred methods and recommend establishing communication channels at the very outset of the project. We understand the pressure and demand on internal IT departments and the importance for us to make their job as easy as possible.
