Client:Doxus
is an international market research firm focused on the technology
industry, with additional services in financial services, healthcare
and pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, retail, and travel and
leisure. With offices in Portland, Atlanta, and China, Doxus is owned
and operated by experienced researchers specializes in helping Fortune
50 and 500 clients build stronger B2B and B2C brand positioning,
products, and campaigns. Doxus clients boast a more than 95%
satisfaction rate.
Challenge:When Doxus faced the
daunting challenge of rebranding themselves and their campaigns, they
came to the Overland Agency for assistance. Their goal was nothing less
than taking their business to the next level: from a boutique
consultancy to looking and feeling like world-class players who compete
and compare to the largest, best-funded market research firms in the
North America. Doxus needed a better way to convey their strengths so
that corporate America would take notice.
Solution:In
focused partnership with Doxus, Overland developed an elegant and
powerfully branded website, backed by a fresh, more dynamic logo,
logomark, slogan, tags, and copy. The search-optimized website
communicates Doxus’ expertise and new industry standing compellingly.
Built in Overland’s .NET 2.0 Framework, the web-based Content
Management System is scalable to allow the addition of functionalities
and the incorporation of multimedia as needed by Doxus.
Result:Doxus
revealed a cohesive brand message and an industry-leading website that
clearly demonstrates the benefits of its research and analytic
offerings. The brand was redefined and strengthened with the
lead-generating website, and the company built new client relationships
and an expansion into the Chinese market. In mid 2007, Doxus
successfully merged with research firm Market Strategies International.
