Responsible for customer satisfaction by managing the scope of work, deliverables and schedules for complex websites, ecommerce websites, web applications, mobile phone applications and online campaigns. Strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, the ability to manage a diverse project load, flawless attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. He/She must be proficient in initiating, planning, executing and closing project deliverables, as well as maintaining communication and project-flow among various team members, vendors and clients. Additionally, the ability to effectively manage a number of fast-paced projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude is crucial for this position. Must have experience through the entire lifecycle, from product specifications to maintenance post-launch.

Responsibilities will include:

• Plan workflow, drive project schedules, and juggle multiple projects/accounts at the same time through effective prioritization and thorough attention to detail.
• Manage project scope, identify and resolve project issues, provide project status updates to team.
• Oversee resource management and identify when projects requires contractors
• Request, obtain, and maintain proper agency documentation: spec sheets, client changes and approvals, etc.
• Oversee QA process through proofing, testing against specifications, and working with 3rd party test facility.
• Keep up to date on relevant services and help to improve processes.
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
• Conduct reviews of existing communications, applications, systems and web sites, based on clarity and usability best practices, and prepare reports of findings and recommendations.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree and three years experience in web project management is required.
• Ideal candidate must have solid understanding of various programming languages like html, .Net, php and Flash.
• Experience working in an interactive agency environment, comfortable working with designers, writers, developers, UX and strategists
• Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and communication (verbal and written) skills are necessary.
• Must exhibit strong project leadership and problem solving abilities, and must exercise good judgment.
• Must have experience writing product specifications
• Must have experience with client interaction
• Understanding of the Software/Website Development Lifecycle
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, Omnigraffle/Visio
• Willingness and ability to do what it takes to see project through to completion.
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
