Portland, OR-1/25/08- The Overland Agency, a west coast interactive advertising and branding firm, has been recognized by the International Interactive Media Awards with two Outstanding Achievement honors for Dolphin Safe Source (www.dolphinsafesource.com) under the computer software sector, and Habitat for Humanity under the non-profit sector. These two awards bring Overland’s total international award count to a remarkable 18 in the past year. Recent awards include platinum, silver, and gold awards for such work as customer and B2B websites, online demos, and a documentary film.
Dolphin Software, an innovation leader for chemical compliance and management solutions for Fortune 1,000 companies, needed a bold a new way of reaching their target audience. Overland helped define the Safe Source brand by building a sophisticated, search-optimized website on which their services may be viewed. Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that seeks to eliminate substandard housing, was also seeking to gain a powerful online presence. Overland developed a compelling (pro bono) site to engage multiple new audiences and give them an in-depth view of projects, achievements, and ways to get involved.
