Arve Overland, CEO + Executive Creative Director
Arve has been on the leading edge of the marketing industry’s use of web technologies since the birth of businesses on the Internet. His double expertise (advertising/marketing strategies and interactive innovation) make him a frequent specialist-consultant to major corporations, even beyond our own strong regular client base. Arve’s advertising industry experience includes serving national and international clients in such major industries as manufacturing, technology, financial services, and retail. He has a passion for brand building, marketing, advertising, and design. Arve's strong sense of family and teamwork make him an ideal leader for the diverse personalities in the office.

Greg Tozian, VP Strategic Planning
Greg made the transition to advertising from international newspaper and magazine reporting in 1989. Since that time he has been the creative lead and senior writer on successful national and international campaigns for clients selling high technology (hardware & software), international fitness equipment, foreign and domestic automobiles, food and drink, cosmetics, and many other products and services. Greg’s journalistic experience and widespread contact base help direct our successful strategic planning department. He has also written half a dozen books on subjects that include innovative business solutions, Fidel Castro's documentary photographers, religious architecture, 20th century popular music, and Hawaiian shirts.

Julie Byun, VP Operations
A native New Yorker with global experience, Julie made the conversion from East Coaster to West Coaster in late 2005. As Overland’s operations sherpa, she ensures that our technical, creative, and administrative teams reach their respective peaks unscathed, managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company. Julie’s past roles include Interactive Producer for Team Microsoft at Wunderman/Young & Rubicam Brands, Freelance Web Designer/Developer; successive online media management roles at Italian Cooking & Living Magazine; and consulting for several years in Seoul, Korea. She has a B.A. in Art History and Studio Ceramics from Skidmore College.

Necia Dallas, Creative Director
Necia's interactive experience dates back to programming on a TRS-80 III, and since then she's been busy designing and art-directing award-winning websites and online advertising for Nike (designing their homepage repeatedly during her tenure as Interactive Art Director), adidas, HP, and Visa. One of her designs for Nike.com was chosen for the 2000 book Web Designs That Work, and she helped usher the Overland Agency's "Go, Rachael, Go" website to a Communication Arts award in 2005. Prior to relocating to Oregon, she held Interactive Art Director roles at TechTV and Extractable Solutions in the Bay Area. A former salsa singer who's fluent in Spanish, she also has an intimate understanding and appreciation of Latino markets and sensibilities.

Jennifer McKenzie, Director of Account Services
Promoted to Director of Account Services in fall 2007, Jennifer has been with the Overland Agency as an Account Executive since 2005. She has been instrumental in elevating the accounts department with her keen, client-focused attention to detail and thoughtful stewardship of client/agency partnerships. Jennifer is universally liked and respected by our broad range of B2C and B2B clients--easing the delivery of sound strategic marketing and exceptional, results-driven creative solutions. Prior to joining Overland, Jennifer cultivated an impressive 10-year record of successful project implementation for companies including Intel and the Oregon Lottery, as well as working productively in agency-side account positions. She holds a B.A. in English from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. from George Fox University.

Leo Chung, Director of Interactive Strategies
Since 1995, Leo has been helping clients develop and implement integrated marketing and business strategies that leverage technology. For more than eight years, Leo led his own firm in New York City, where he directed successful interactive projects for clients such as Alliance Capital and the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi. Leo is passionate about his work and about the wider community, garnering industry awards for his work with the March of Dimes and EngenderHealth. Since joining the Overland Agency in 2004, Leo has used his extensive experience to partner with agency clients and help them become innovators and leaders in their respective industries. Leo is a graduate of the College of William and Mary. He holds a Master of International Business from Pepperdine University and the European Business School in Germany.

Jiro Feingold, Engineering/IT Director
Jiro has ten years of consumer and B2B application experience at Microsoft, Intel and HP and has designed and implemented user interfaces and complex backend database systems. At Microsoft, Jiro was the lead developer for the thesaurus in Microsoft Word, and at Intel, Jiro developed MP3 software for the company’s initiatives in portable music players. His expertise includes C#, C++, Visual Basic, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, PHP, ASP, .NET, and SQL Server. Jiro has built custom content management systems and customer relationship management applications for the Agency’s clients.
