For more than 15 years, Dolphin Software™ has been the innovation leader for chemical compliance and management solutions for Fortune 1,000 companies. The Overland Agency became Dolphin’s agency of record in 2001.

Challenge:
When Dolphin approached the Overland Agency in 2001, they were suffering something of an identity crisis. Their branding needed focus and consistency, and their market space needed clarification. Outward appearances did not reflect Dolphin’s innovation in establishing the world’s most accurate Material Data Safety Sheet (MSDS) database—an essential resource for clients to achieve regulatory compliance. Dolphin needed an overhaul to showcase itself as a market leader.

Solution:
Overland created the company’s complete new identity, branding guidelines, new web presence and online demonstrations, and trade show elements and collateral. The redesigned website leads visitors down a path of understanding for benefits they will achieve in their industry by using Dolphin’s longtime core products/services. Overland found a simple way to show how Dolphin helps companies satisfy compliance issues and bring ROI to an area of business previously viewed only as a cost center.

Result:
The new identity and online presence were very successful in helping Dolphin achieve growth. The website was designed to make visitors take action to contact Dolphin, thereby generating sales leads. Online/presentation demos speak clearly and concisely, showing the entire breadth of the Dolphin offerings and solidifying the strength of the Dolphin brand. The branding and website were key, foundational elements in Dolphin securing its current leading position in its industry.
