When Dolphin approached the Overland Agency in 2001, they were suffering something of an identity crisis. Their branding needed focus and consistency, and their market space needed clarification. Outward appearances did not reflect Dolphin’s innovation in establishing the world’s most accurate Material Data Safety Sheet (MSDS) database—an essential resource for clients to achieve regulatory compliance. Dolphin needed an overhaul to showcase itself as a market leader.
